Where Have I Been?

So, just what does a missionary that stays at home actually do? Glad you asked!

The past few months have been quite a ride! I actually thought life would slow down a bit when I left the pastoral ministry. Fat chance!

Most of my days are spent in praying, counseling, training and mentoring on the internet. I now am teaching 2 classes in Iran on Skype, with about 30-40 joining me each week. These leaders are taking these lessons and teaching them wherever they travel. Pray for them, please!

I’m also helping several Christian leaders here and in Mexico. These have been intense times for intense problems. So keep praying! And thanks!

FUEL FOR YOUR PRAYERS

Pray as I begin to pull together my first self-published book - "Healing Prayers." Pray for those that God will bring alongside of me to complete this first of several books to come. I need help with formatting, designing and editing.
Praise! I finished teaching my first class in healing prayer. 10 people joined me for 4 weeks of learning, praying and healing. There were some amazing stories of the Holy Spirit at work. Those in the class actually didn't want it to end. So we'll be getting together again in late Feb. to talk about where we go from here. This is a beginning and a model for future classes that I hope to lead. Pray for ongoing wisdom and opportunities.
Monday mornings - 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. - a Skype School for 20-30 Iranian house church leaders. We are currently learning about "Advanced Spiritual Warfare - dealing with the demonic." Their hunger is deep and they take whatever is taught and apply it immediately. They often use these classes as the basis for their own teaching as they travel all over Iran.
I often am asked to work with local Christian leaders as well. Often these are people who have been to numerous counselors and physicians and yet have no release. Many times I am dealing with powerful spiritual forces - but God is always faithful and FAR more powerful! Pray for protection, discernment and the leading and power of the Holy Spirit.
Individual counseling appointments online with house church leaders in Iran - it is a unique challenge to pray with people online - especially when it has to go through a translator and can only be done by typing. But God keeps showing up in power and working miracles.
We need donations! We have used up much of the special gifts we received at the beginning of our journey. Now we need either, 1/ More special gifts and/or, 2/ Pledges for ongoing donations. Please pray for us and for those God will move to share their abundance. We have so much more to do in Iran and elsewhere.

You will receive a receipt for you gift approximately 15 days following the date of the charge.

And it is easy. All you have to do is complete a simple form and mail it to Paraclete. We take over from there and you never again have to be concerned that your Associate or project will not receive your support.
